Each year, hundreds of children and adults lose their ability to walk through car and swimming accidents, falling from heights or due to various health issues and need a wheelchair to be able to move.
Through the Wheelchair Fund, more than 1,000 children and adults with mobility disabilities regain their independence each year. Motivation brings the mobility equipment to Romania, reconditions it and donates it to someone who needs it, and provides independent living training. Such an equipment can cost over 10 000 lei, a sum that can be difficult to cover for a disabled person in Romania.

Spin the wheels of change!
50 lei – covers the cost of having the wheelchair delivered to the user!
100 lei – ensures that the equipment will be properly fitted to the user’s needs.
150 lei – finances the chair’s reconditioning.
200 lei – brings an active wheelchair to Romania.
500 lei – finances the donation of a reconditioned active wheelchair to a disabled person.
Any other amount through PayPal – any donation that supports the Wheelchair Fund is just as valuable for us!
Donations made through the motivation.ro website are done online with your card, through a payment processing system. The payment is secure, according to international data security and confidentiality protocols. The information on the card is done through a secure page of the payment processing system. The terms and conditions for using said system are found on its page.
When you make a donation through www.motivation.ro, this generates a final and undisputable charge on your card, unless you can provide proof that someone other than the rightful owner of the credit or debit card used it for the charge. In the case in which your card was used without your authorization, it was stolen or lost you need to notify the bank in question and follow their procedure for such situations.
