Our initiatives aim to provide models of inclusive employment of persons with disabilities and to generate income that support disability services. Some of the services we provide are dedicate to persons with disabilities, while others are mainstream services or products.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Motivation LLC<\/strong> was established in 2001 and is a provider of personalized mobility equipment and urinary incontinence devices. Since 2007, the social enterprise is authorized by the Romanian Automotive Register to install driving adaptations for persons with mobility disabilities. Since 2016\u00a0 Motivation LLC also provides certified training courses for specialists in the disability field. The revenues generated by Motivation LLC support the programs developed by Motivation Romania Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>Please see the website of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.motishop.ro\/en\/\">Motivation LLC<\/a> for detailed information on products and services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other social businesses tested by Motivation include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Motivation Medical Recovery Clinic (2001 \u2013 2017) provided specialized medical treatment in physiotherapy, electrotherapy, nutrition and ambulatory thermotherapy for clients from Bucharest and Ilfov.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the development of social enterprises at partner associations in Bra\u0219ov, Buz\u0103u, Cluj, Ilfov, Neam\u021b, Prahova, Sibiu, Timi\u0219oara counties (2014 \u2013 2017). These businesses provided mobility services to persons with ambulatory difficulties, repairs and adaptations of bicycles and mobility equipment, and product and service intermediation for companies.
