{"id":236,"date":"2015-12-09T13:34:34","date_gmt":"2015-12-09T11:34:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/motivation.ro\/en\/?page_id=236"},"modified":"2016-10-10T11:36:29","modified_gmt":"2016-10-10T08:36:29","slug":"informative-materials","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/motivation.ro\/en\/cif-courses\/informative-materials\/","title":{"rendered":"Informative materials"},"content":{"rendered":"<style type=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.motivation.ro\/en\/uploads\/images\/Stiri%20si%20evenimente\/swissro-centered-maimic.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"110\" \/><\/h2>\n<p>Trainings on the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) aim to<strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Present the ICF;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate the need to change the current perspective on disability, from the medical approach to a more complex approach centered on the individual abilities of each person;<\/li>\n<li>To give participants tools for using the ICF in creating and documenting interventions aimed to provide services to persons with disabilities (rehabilitation management).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Main themes include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Integrated bio-psycho-social model of functioning and disability<\/li>\n<li>Understanding functioning and disability<\/li>\n<li>Definitions of the main components of the bio-psycho-social model of\u00a0functioning and disability<\/li>\n<li>The need for and objectives of the ICF<\/li>\n<li>Classification structure and codes, ICF qualifiers<\/li>\n<li>Developing the ICF Core sets<\/li>\n<li>Using the ICF in rehabilitation management<\/li>\n<li>Using the ICF in Romania<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>More information on the main themes are presented in the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.motivation.ro\/en\/uploads\/pdf\/PF04_Abilitatile%20conteaza_Cursuri%20CIF%20site.pdf\">course summary<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Information on trainings and implementation of the ICF in Romania can also be found on the website of our partners at Swiss Paraplegic Research, at this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.icf-research-branch.org\/other-research-programs-and-projects\/icf-implementation-in-romania\">link.<\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_13_0_1_1398764433430_18004\" class=\"yiv8294101047MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">Trainings can be attanede by Romanian professionals providing\u00a0services for persons with disabilities, in each of the regions where we organize trainings.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_13_0_1_1398764433430_17845\" class=\"yiv8294101047MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">Participants are not charged for attending trainings. Upon completing the course, each participant receives a diploma.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_13_0_1_1398764433430_18042\" class=\"yiv8294101047MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">Trainings are usually organized for up to 15 participants\/location.
