The equipment will be donated in 2022, according to the users\u2019 needs, based on individual assessments, conducted by Motivation\u2019s regional teams.<\/p>\n<div class=\"cmsms_text\">\n<p>You can see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/media\/set\/?set=a.6300235126685170&amp;type=3\">photos of our runners on our Facebook page.<\/a> We\u2019re grateful to all of the runners, fundraiser athletes, supporters, for helping us #changelives for the better!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cmsms_text\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/motivation.ro\/en\/teammotivation\/\">#TeamMotivation<\/a>\u00a0includes people with and without disabilities. She made me see everything in a different way, to accept being more vulnerable and even fearful when it comes to certain aspects of the future that I cannot control, but she also made me more courageous and determined when it comes to <strong>things that I can change<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Moreover, the company where I work &#8211; Deltamed &#8211; has always aimed to make a difference when it comes to\u00a0equal opportunities, both through the special vehicles adapted for the transport of wheelchair users, which it produces, and through the constant support given to the Motivation Foundation and other NGOs.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>I would love to join them in every edition of the Wizz Air Cluj Napoca Marathon from now on &#8211; the marathon experience itself was a memorable one, so I&#8217;m sure it will be just one of many others to come! I encourage you to do the same\u2026 and be yourself, above all, the change you want in the world!<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cmsms_text\">\n<p><b>Ioana Dumitru<\/b> is our colleague from the Motivation team in Cluj and she couldn&#8217;t have missed this year&#8217;s edition of the Wizz Air Cluj Napoca Marathon. <em>I have been part of #TeamMotivation since 2017, when I first participated in my first 10 km race. I have participated at Cluj Napoca Marathon ever since and I even joined my colleagues for some editions of the Bucharest International Marathon, because I wanted to do sports, to be part of the team because of the wonderful feeling of belonging, and also to help more people, through the Wheelchair Fun. Also, I wanted to give courage to other people. I highly recommend everyone to try to become part of #TeamMotivation. Whether you use a wheelchair or not, the satisfaction after crossing the finish line, when you realize that you have managed to complete a race, and your colleagues are there to support you, is wonderful.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cmsms_column one_first\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cmsms_column one_first\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cmsms_column one_first\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cmsms_column one_first\">\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"cmsms_row_69e0850cbd8689_88143187\" class=\"cmsms_row cmsms_color_scheme_default\">\n<div class=\"cmsms_row_outer_parent\">\n<div class=\"cmsms_row_outer\">\n<div class=\"cmsms_row_inner\">\n<div class=\"cmsms_row_margin\">\n<div class=\"cmsms_column one_first\">\n<div class=\"cmsms_text\">\n<div id=\"cmsms_row_61c1e7609362f4_59394432\" class=\"cmsms_row cmsms_color_scheme_default\">\n<div class=\"cmsms_row_outer_parent\">\n<div class=\"cmsms_row_outer\">\n<div class=\"cmsms_row_inner\">\n<div class=\"cmsms_row_margin cmsms_11\">\n<div class=\"cmsms_column one_first\" data-width=\"1\/1\">\n<p>The #TeamMotivation participation at Wizz Air Cluj-Napoca Marathon is part of a larger initiative to raise donations for the <a href=\"https:\/\/motivation.ro\/en\/wheelchair-fund\/\">Wheelchair Fun<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/motivation.ro\/en\/wheelchair-fund\/\">d<\/a>. Motivation Romania annually donates over 1000 quality wheelchairs, new or refurbished, to children and adults with mobility disabilities, based on the needs identified by our regional teams. Each wheelchair is prescribed and donated according to the user\u2019s needs, so that he becomes active and independent again.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the stories of those who received appropriate mobility equipment through the <a href=\"https:\/\/motivation.ro\/en\/wheelchair-fund\/\">Wheelchair Fund program<\/a> can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/motivation.ro\/en\/lives-changed-for-the-better\/\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Through the\u00a0<strong>Advocacy project for community access for wheelchair users<\/strong>, we aim to support people with disabilities in promoting their rights and abilities. Thereby, we create the premises for increasing the degree of inclusion, at community level.
