The Romanian Basketball Federation 3\u00d73 Wheelchair Cup was organized by the Motivation Romania Foundation on December 19, in Buz\u0103u, with the support of the Romanian Basketball Federation, the Ministry of Sports and the Buz\u0103u County Sports and Youth Directorate.<\/p>\n<p>22 athletes from Ilfov, Prahova, D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba, Gala\u021bi, Neam\u021b counties and from the Republic of Moldova formed six teams and faced each other on the Romeo Iamandi Sports Hall in Buz\u0103u. Instead of carols, there was the sound of spinning wheels, requests for passes between teammates, and the ball hitting the backboard and the basket.<\/p>\n<p>The passion, enthusiasm and skills of the wheelchair players makes us look forward to future adapted sports competitions.
