Starting this week, the Abilities Matter exhibition can be visited for free in several places in Bucharest and in the country.
The exhibition includes images that capture people using wheelchairs, in different poses, fulfilling active roles at home, at work, in the community. By displaying the photographs, the exhibition aims to promote the abilities of people with disabilities and an active lifestyle in a wheelchair.

The project “Advocacy for community access of wheelchair users” is implemented by Motivation Romania Foundation in partnership with Segoia Association, with the financial support of Active Citizens Fund Romania, programme funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA Grants 2014-2021. The project aims to support the social inclusion of people with disabilities by improving the mobility and health of wheelchair users.

About Active Citizens Fund Romania Program
Active Citizens Fund Romania program is financed by the EEA Grants 2014-2021. The general objective of the Grants is to reduce economic and social disparities and strengthen bilateral relations between the 15 beneficiary states and the donor states (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway).
